The Citizenside Pro experience is built around a great search system.
Using these tips correctly can save you tons of time, and help you find exactly what you want!

• 1/9 - Using Categories

  Our photos and videos are nicely organized into various categories. They are a great place to start browsing for the content you need!

  

• 2/9 - Using Categories

  Finding photos in a particular category

  Hover the mouse over Photo and use the drop down list to select your category.

  Each result you see is a series of images corresponding to your search.
  You can see how many files are in each series just below the thumbnail

  

• 4/9 - Specific Search

  Searching for a particular topic or event

  If you want to search for something specifically, use the search box:
  Enter some descriptive terms and click search.

  Using filters to narrow your search results

  File type
  Use these boxes to choose if you are searching for photos, videos or both.

  Categories
  Specify one or more categories for more precision.

  Freshness
  Filter results by how recent they are.

  

• 6/9 - Example Search

  Say you want photos from Occupy Wall Street protests that occured within the last week.

  Step 1:
  Type "Occupy Wall Street " into the search box and click search

  

• 7/9 - Example Search

  Step 2: Using filters to refine

  Under File Type, click on photos
  In Categories, click Politics
  Under Freshness, choose < 1 week

  Helpful hints:

  Check your spelling
  Use singulars, not plurals
  Use synonyms
